Hot Rolled Steel Plate (HR) is named because of the process used to manufacture the material, Hot Rolled (HR) Plate is manufactured from high quality rolling slabs, using specilised hot rolling process at high temperatures. Hot rolled steel is used in situations where precise shapes and tolerances are not required.
HR Steel is an all-purpose steel product used for roll-formed shapes, pipe, tubing, industrial storage racks, stampings, agricultural equipment, package strapping, and much more.
