Fast Dry High Build Zinc Phos. Primer is an alkyd based anti-corrosive primer with zinc phosphate pigments and inert fillers. Dry film is tough, hard and has moderate chemical and inert fillers.

Dry film is tough, hard and has moderate chemical resistance, with excellent adhesion. It does not contain lead.

It is particularly suitable as an anti-corrosive primer for structural steel, tanks, pipelines and machinery etc, where quick drying is needed both as a workshop primer for temporary protection and as a general-purpose primer for various systems.

Colours: Red Oxide, Grey, Green, Buff.

Finish: Matt finish.

Specific Gravity: 1.3 Volume Solids: 40% approx.

Practical Coverage: 10 sqm per litre on smooth surfaces.

C.V. Primer Zinc Phosphate (Sandable) is a phenolic modified alkyd based anti-corrosive primer with zinc phosphate pigments and inert fillers giving fast drying, high build matt finish.

Dry film is tough, hard and has moderate chemical resistance, with excellent adhesion. It does not contain lead.

It is particularly suitable as an anti-corrosive primer for commercial vehicle chassis and trailers where quick drying is needed both as a workshop primer for temporary protection and as a general-purpose primer for various systems, including 2-pack PU systems.

Colours: Black, Gery, and White.

Finish: Matt finish.

Volume Solids: 40% approx.

Film Thickness: 35 microns dft

Practable Coverage: 10 sqm per litre on smooth surfaces.

Application: Apply 1-2 coats or as specified. Application Method: Brush or spray.

Thinner: Premium Thinners (Xylene).
